Its been a while but there are some great new tapes up in the shop. Also any orders placed between now and the 24th of April will not ship until after that date as I will be away on tour. Thanks to everyone still supporting.
Currently i’m wasting away in Australia but i’m ready to get home and get crackin on this new batch….you are not ready for this shit. New stuff from Andrew Coltrane, Fossils and a few other dudes. Can’t give a date for new releases yet but rest assured they shall come soon and will be awesome. Stay weird!
This is the last time I order blanks from the UK, this wait is devestating, hopefully they get here before I leave for Australia….Speaking of which any orders placed between February 9th and the 23rd will not ship out until probably the 24th or 25th as I will be in Australia for 2 weeks. Got a master from Andrew Coltrane yesterday and this shit is on point. Got a bunch more cool stuff coming up as well…not sure on an estimated drop date for this batch yet but I can tell you its gonna be insane. I thought about increasing quantites for some of the bigger name tapes but for now were gonna stay around 20 to 30 copies of everything that comes out, keep it limited. There will probably be a pre order for some of the stuff that I anticipate to be a little more “popular” (Fossils, Andrew Coltrane, Andrew Kirshner and Wyatt Howland) but even those at most will be 30 copies. Until demand proves to be a little larger everything will be released in smaller batches so if you are looking to obtain the more popular stuff I reccomend you don’t wait around for it because its gonna go quick and as of now none of the distros will be picking anything up. Other than the Electric Tapes website most of this stuff will only be obtainable from the artists and possibly Hospital Records in NYC. Lots of good stuff to come from us, the studio has been crazy active here so plan to see a ton of releases from the Electric Tapes Pennsyltucky Home Team. Till then stay warm fuckers.
Still waiting on blanks to arrive. If you’ve ordered over the past week your stuff just got to the post office today, I apologize its just been a hell of a week. Still prepping for the February batch, which may end up being the March batch if things don’t get moving, but its gonna be a good one! Bought a Roland Juno 60 the second meeting of the Analog Monday crew goes down tonight. Hot jamz will be made.
Recorded some new Porcelain jams last night and they turned out amazing, Analog synths have really changed our world!!! I hope to soon get ahold of my own so Nate from LoudAndSad can have his back, also did a jam just patching the moog ring mod into itself….awesome shit…Also I thik i’m gonna get one of these and step my art game up, this video is amazing!!!!
I’m all sold out of our first 4 releases but they are now available through Hanson Records website so snatch em up. He’s only got about 3 copies of each. Still waiting on new blanks to get here so I can start the next batch. Been recording tons of new shit so get ready for a few more winter jams.
Waiting for my damn blanks to get here, i’m gettin sick of chasing down colored tapes, I need to find a reliable US source. But in better news the February release schedule is starting to come together beautifully, I think this is truly going to be our month so get ready to rip with new releases from: BLACK DEATH (Wyatt Howland AKA “Skin Graft” and Andrew Kirchner AKA “Tooth” get it in collab style) HOSEBEAST, CHRISTMAS ISLANDS, TROPICAL DUDES, POCKET GALLOWS and BONGRIPPER (I know I know its taking forever, still waiting on the super long cassettes). Couple of our earliest titles are now sold out forever so I will be hooking up some mediafire links at some point soon for all the people who slept on em. Get ready this month is gonna slay!
